Counsellor

Since 2013, Jane has been a qualified counsellor and specialises in clients with depression, anxiety, anger management and relationship issues. Jane also offers employment/careers counselling, exploring the barriers to employment or assisting clients in pursuing their career goals. She encourages clients to challenge negative thoughts and behaviours to improve emotional health and wellbeing and life experiences.

Using evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, she facilitates personal growth and self-awareness, assisting clients to explore positive coping strategies.

Jane is a Clinical Registrant of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Her strong interpersonal skills enable her to provide tools to support people of all ages to live their best life. Jane is available to work one on one, or in group therapy sessions.

Graham draws on over 20 years of experience working with clients from greatly diverse backgrounds and life situations.

His collaborative approach is founded in being curious about his clients’ particular perspectives, so he can better understand how to help.

From that basis Graham offers evidence-based and practical suggestions, which are likely to help his clients improve or change their life challenges.

He is very comfortable working with clients from adolescents to older adults, including couples. He also works with groups of people that are living with similar life difficulties, such as anxiety, grief, or identity uncertainties. Graham is non-judgemental, open-minded and compassionate in all his work.
